Eat at least 1000 calories to lose weight?

my friend is also on diet, who is 5′3 and 125lbs, only eats 800 calories aday with exercices.
she lost alot of pounds and still looks healthy.
so I feel like rumor about metabolism slows down,lose fat seem not true.

A low metabolism is just a lazy persons way of saying ‘I eat too much’ - Eating more doesn’t help you loose weight, although dairy products may be fattening, having a high dairy diet helps you to burn fat quicker. It all depends on the diet you have. For instance if your on a high fatty meat diet then switch to a lower fat diet with more vegetables, then you will either stay the same weight aslong as you have moderate exercise or loose weight. Eating like the japanese do is also good for your weight, Unlike the western society, the japanese tend to eat alot of rice, vegetables and fish in their diet, which is proportioned because they eat it in a bowl insted of it all piled up on a plate. Also insted of using high calorie rich sauces to flavour their food they tend to use broths etc. Unlike the west its also rare for them to eat ‘dessert’. and so on. The Japanese happen to have the healthiest diet in the world - its why they also live longer than any other nation in the world.

If you get fat but have a low metabolism, then basically your eating too much for you. Daily guidlines on calorie intakes are just a rough average. Everyone is different and everyone needs a different intake proportion to their metabolism. To loose one Ib though its aprox. 3000 calories you need to burn.


How Can I get Flat Stomach ?

if you’re tired of crunches and all that, do what I do
play some fast music, anything they might play at a club or dance
and just dance dancing is a core workout and you can implement arm and leg exericises into it too
just dance every day for twenty minutes, and not only will you get curves, a flat stomach, etc, but you’ll also have a sexy dance when you go to dances
I personally do the “cyclone” dance and play that song, so just youtube the song and dance the way those strippers dance :)


How to lose arm, leg, stomach fat

Obliques = love handles. To get them (the muscles) bigger, you need to do targeted exercises. Look up oblique exercises. Keep doing what you are doing to get rid of the belly fat. it is the first thing to go. Arm and leg fat is the hardest to get rid of.

Basically stick with what you are doing I have lost 48lbs in 5 months.
Here are my tips.

  1. 15 minutes of lifting to start.
  2. you NEED to do 45 minutes of heart pumping cardio or jogging each day.
  3. do as many push ups as you can in 60 seconds
  4. do as many sit ups as you can in 60 seconds.
  5. HYDRATE… WITH WATER. Juice, milk, flavored drinks, pop (soda) are all dead calories. Use milk sparingly and avoid the others all together.
  6. Eat a LARGE breakfast and have your meals get smaller as the day goes on. Dinner should be smallest meal.
  7. Enjoy all the colors of the rainbow for snacks (fruits and veggies).
  8. The more packaging and more weird sounding/reading ingredients on the packages of the foods you eat - THE LESS HEALTHY IT IS.

How to break soda addiction

There’s no doubt about it, kicking a soda habit can be pretty difficult for some people. For most of us though we don’t drink liter upon liter of soda every day. But, giant Big Gulps and super-sized fast food sodas mean we’re drinking more than ever.

  • Take baby steps. If you drink four sodas per day, replace two with an alternative today.
  • Make alternatives slowly. Start with diet soda, then switch to flavored water.
  • Once you’ve gotten comfortable with this routine, replace your other sodas with an alternative.
  • Still alive? Great! Now switch those diet sodas or flavored water to plain water. Don’t like plain water? Try adding fresh fruit to them.
  • Experiment with other beverages like teas, milk, soy milk, and seltzer - the goal here is to hydrate mostly with plain water.
  • Don’t keep soda in the house. Make it a treat to be enjoyed now and then
