How can i make my metabolism faster?
Eat small nutritional snacks evey 2 to 3 hours. When you eat your metabolism kicks in (hence breakfast is most important meal of the day). By eating tiny meals more often your metabolism, at least in most ppl, won’t slow or go in to conservation mode. It will keep going even if you’re not eating a lot. This will help your body process more than you’re actually taking in therefor helping in the reduction of body weight. Look up zero-calorie foods. Through basic metabolizing it burns more calories than are actually in these foods. I’m not a nutritionist, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night (ha ha)…seriously though, you should always visit with your doctor if you’re planning to make major diet adjustments.
